With their wealth of characters and conversations, HITMAN levels involve a significant amount of dialogue setups for level designers to implement and maintain. Accordingly, it is imperative that the tools and systems for this are efficient and as little error-prone as possible.

During development of HITMAN 2, I designed an improved solution to NPC dialogue implementation in levels with two programmers. The solution provided all the flexibility required for level designers while involved minimal code support and became the standard in HITMAN 2 and beyond.
